Re Mei és un petit restaurant format per una familia d'origen local. Ens motiva la recerca de la gastronomia dels nostres ancestres i recollir els ingredients nascuts d'aquesta terra. L'aliment és el foc de la vida, i amb aquest volem recordar que el menjar sempre ha estat un motiu de reunió, de mostra d'afecte i de celebració.
Re Mei is a small restaurant run by a local family. We find inspiration in our pursuit of the gastronomy of our ancestors, as well as in harvesting our original produce. Food is the fire of life, and with this we aspire to remind us that eating has always been an incentive to get together as a show ofaffection and celebration.

Tradicionalment i al llarg de la història, la cuina ha fet servir els elements que tenia a l'abast per elaborar els seus plats. Aquí fem el mateix; no imaginem cap àpat per després buscar-ne els ingredients, sinó que curem la nostra carta a partir del que tenim disponible en aquest instant i fem servir la matèria prima que cada estació ens regala.

The same applies to this restaurant; we don't imagine any appetizer and then look for the ingredients, but rather we create our menu based on what we have available at the moment and we use the fresh ingredients that each season generously provides us with.
